Hmmm, barely posted in November. That's not so good. I've been super super busy. The band is going really well. As someone put it, we're ready to pop. The question is. How do we make that pop equal some more success (ie: better gigs, a little money, a record contract?). That I guess is the ultimate question of any struggling musician. It just feels like where ever we go everyone loves what we're doing, but we don't seem to be able to really get people who can help us to see the show. I am confident if they did that they would want to help us.

Major Spinal Tap moment last night. The band went to New Bruswick to playa place called Tumulty's. When we showed up, they had booked the contact man, Danny Rockett, as a solo act and the stage was tiny and no one was going to be there anyway, so we didn't play. It didn't seem worth while. Three months ago we probably would have played anyway, but we are tired of this sort of gig. I am beginning to see why even really great bands sometimes never make it. It's just this massive uphill struggle, and no one seems to know why one band makes it and another doesn't. You need so many things to align together to make real progress. And we have no idea how to make this happen.
